Pre-therapy reflection questions

Below are a few worksheets I made with reflection questions/prompts to prepare for therapy sessions as a client. I find them helpful to mentally pause and ponder before sessions, so I'm not diving in right from the hustle and bustle of my day. 

For therapists, these can be nice to have out in your waiting room for clients who arrive early!
